※ If the network of DVR is connected via router, you must set Configuration of

port forwarding according to the router. (web, search, live ports) Please refer to

user's guide of the router which you are using.

※ UPnP IGD : The IP router setting of port forwarding for web, playback and live ports can be

done automatically.

2. [PPPoE]

ii. Specifying user id and password for PPPoE.

1. Status: It displays current connection status of PPPoE.

2. User ID: Input user id for PPPoE account.

3. Password: Input password.

Caution

 UPnP IGD feature will be disabled if IP router does not support UPnP

IGD or it turned off it in the router settings.

 UPnP does not work if DMZ feature of IP router is enabled.

 UPnP does not work if port forwarding of these ports is set in the
